Lastyear the new Teaching And Grading Syllabus (TAGS) was released by JNZ toinclude all IJF & KDK recognized waza and to rationlise the introduction ofthe respective waza.
Thiscourse introduces the TAGS and shows how it can be utilized in your clubs as aconstructive Teaching and Learning tool. COURSETITLE: Technical Skills Workshop (TSW) L1 COURSEAIM:
Toensure there is a consensus & solid understanding of the principal of eachJudo Waza in the TAGS throughout all clubs and their members in the area. (Thisis especially important as Area Panel Gradings are now in effect for 1st Kyu)
Toassist in the easy teaching and learning of the TAGS.

Thecourse is an introduction of the Teaching and Grading Syllabus (TAGS) whichcovers 6Kyu ~ 3Kyu
16hours of mat time over two days. FACILITATORS:
BillVincent 7D and Graeme Downing 3D Assistedand Supported by: Alister Leat 4D SPECIALINVITED GUESTS: All Sensei and senior instructors/players from all AJAclubs. WHOFOR:
- The main target is - All dojo instructors and senior grades (as we would like to get a uniform understanding of the various waza)
- Secondary target is - Judoka with minimum grade of 3K and above.COST: Free to AJA affiliated clubs andmembers - otherwise $100 p.p. for JNZ members
- ENTRIES: Each club is invited to send/nominateup to 14 participants. They should be listed in order of preference / priority. Should there be too many on the mat, some lower priority members may have to be limited/cut. (sorry)
